Instead of spraying fragrance directly on dolls, which risks surface damage, fill a small cotton sachet with rice and 2-3 drops of perfume. Tuck it into her pocket or between her shirt and skin.

The rice absorbs and slowly diffuses scent, creating personalized atmosphere without chemical exposure (bonus: the rice also acts as a passive moisture absorber!).

Baby powder (skin) and wig spray (hair) are mild fragrances that can be applied without harm, adding layers of presence.

Delicate fingers hook fabric easily, risking bad bends, finger pokes, or paint abrasion. Cover the doll's hands with disposable sandwich bags before sliding through sleeves.

The plastic removes friction; once dressed, remove bags and fingers are pristine. This is fast, cheap, and prevents micro-damage during outfit changes, as well as preserving any powdering or care without added lint transfer.

Even without sexual penetration, humidity lingers in oral, vaginal, and anal channels, risking mold. Place one food-safe desiccant packet in each orifice during storage.
