Caring for silicone dolls is definitely easier than caring for TPE dolls. The care instructions I'm describing here are suitable for silicone dolls. TPE dolls should be lightly oiled with baby oil after washing every now and then. No one should hesitate to buy a doll because of the care requirements. I will list the most important care steps here:

Initial Washing: The First Encounter

The new doll has arrived and been unpacked. You should definitely wash it before using it.

You can place it on a towel on the table and wash it with a bucket and a mixture of warm water and antibacterial soap. Then rinse it with clean water. I find it easier to put the doll in the shower, soap it up, and rinse it with lukewarm water. It's best to put the head back on so that no water gets into the screw thread on the neck. This should be avoided, as the doll could rust from the inside. Then gently pat it dry.

Drying stick insertion for internal drying

Pro Tip: These steps are already a lot of fun because you can feel the doll's sexy curves. I would also recommend inserting a drying stick into the vagina and anus so that it dries nicely there as well, in case water has gotten inside. Please remove the sticks after a few hours.

Powdering for Perfect Skin Texture

Once it's completely dry, you can powder it. I always put some baby powder in a small bowl and use a large makeup brush to apply the powder to the doll. Be careful, it's quite dusty. It's best to put a towel underneath. You can do this standing up or lying down on the table.

You'll notice how soft the skin feels afterward. If you want to dress the doll in something nice, you can do so after powdering. Be careful, as any excess powder on the skin often ends up on the clothing.

Otherwise, she's ready to use.

Usage Options: Choose Your Preference

Lubricant Only (Most Natural)

Simply use lubricant and let the fun begin. The cleanup afterward will be a bit more involved.

Lubricant + Condom (Easier Cleanup)

Lubricant and a condom. After the fun, you just need to wash off the lube. Less work.

Female Condom + Lubricant (Least Effort)

This option requires the least effort. The female condom is placed in the vaginal opening, and lubricant is applied either inside the condom or onto the penis. After use, you have a clean doll and can discard the female condom or try to clean it carefully. You can wipe the outside of the doll's vagina with a cloth. That's it, provided the female condom hasn't broken.

Internal Cleaning Procedure

If you need to wash the doll internally, that's not a problem either.

Step-by-Step Internal Cleaning

Place her on a towel on the table with her legs spread.
Have a large bowl ready to catch any water that leaks out.
It's best to have extra towels handy the first time, as some water will likely spill.
Then take the included cleaning tool, fill it with water and antibacterial soap, and rinse the vaginal opening.
Repeat this with clean water.
Once you're finished, tilt the doll into a sitting position to allow any excess water to drain out.
Afterward, insert the drying wand into the opening.
If you've used the doll vaginally or anally, you should also insert the wand into the other opening in case water got inside.

Oral Cleaning: Special Attention Required

If you used her orally, carefully lift the doll's head off. You can gently open her mouth and rinse her under lukewarm tap water.

Important Warning: Be careful not to get any water in her eyes, as it could run behind them. Be careful not to open her mouth too wide, as the corners could tear. Pat gently to avoid damaging the paint on her head.

Afterward, gently pat her head dry. You can also use rolled-up kitchen roll or cotton swabs to dry the inside of her mouth. Don't forget the area under her tongue. Then, insert a drying stick there as well. Make sure it's deep in her throat so that everything dries completely.

Encouragement: Once you've done it once, it gets faster every time. You develop a routine. So don't worry, anyone can do it!
