In response to the recent problem of broken EXP neck joint skeleton, after our rigorous analysis and research, we have improved it by the following two measures:

We have increased the diameter of the existing neck ball joint and adopted the one-piece molding method at the joint, thus effectively preventing the breakage problem.

EXP Skeleton and Explanation-Apr 2023

To satisfy the demands of more customers, ZELEX has launched a brand new skeleton named EXP after extensive research and testing. The EXP (from the word "expression") skeleton is an expanded version of the traditional EVO skeleton, enabling ZELEX GIRLS to perform more natural and lifelike movements, conveying richer emotions, which makes ZELEX GIRLS even more attractive. 

The new EXP skeleton mainly features the following characteristics： 

·Extended Shoulder Movement: Increased joint mobility allows the shoulder to retract, coordinating with the movement of the arms, unlock more poses and greatly enhance the doll's ability to showcase itself.

·Ball-Jointed Neck: Increased ball-and-socket joint allows for free movement of the head, resulting in a more lifelike appearance.

·Double-Jointed Elbow: The elbow joint is redesigned to a double-jointed structure and the wrist joint is enhanced with a ball-and-socket joint, enabling more diverse and natural movements of the elbow and hand.

·Flexible Waist : Re-adjustment of the lumbar joint provides both stable support and ease of twisting movement.

The launch of EXP skeleton is an extended version base on EVO skeleton, but not an replacement version. It was designed for meeting further requirements of customers regarding doll posture. Therefore, when purchasing ZELEX GIRLS, customers can choose between EVO or EXP skeleton.
Regarding the durability of the ball-joint that were concerned about, we are using high-end joints with adjustable torsion. Its design criteria are: the torque decay within 10% after 10,000 times twist, and further adjustment can be made even after torque reduction.

Upgrated auto clamp&suck function of the doll-Apr 2024

We have optimized the suction module together with the supplier by externalizing the circuit, air pump, and battery, and leaving only a water-resistant vent on the body. The advantage of externalized modules is that if the battery is aged or the module is damaged, the external parts can be replaced directly without causing harm to the doll itself. The new suction module can be fully charged in 2 hours with a 1A charger or in 80 minutes with a 2A charger. Once fully charged, the doll can work continuously for 60 minutes.
